The Company
DEUTSCHE WOHNWERTE GmbH & Co. KG is a project developer & builder based in Heidelberg. The company designs, develops and implements high-quality residential and commercial quarters in prime locations since 2007.
The Construction
On the site of the 2023 Federal Horticultural Show, the former Spinelli Barracks site is to be transformed into a modern hybrid quarter. The construction will create retail space for commercial use, modern apartments, a daycare center and an above-ground parking garage.

- Remote monitoring & site coordination, especially during pandemic and increasingly from home office in the future
- Image archive as a security aspect
- Documentation of the construction progress for internal purposes but also for clients, partners & interested parties
- Time-lapse for later use on homepage & social media channels, etc.
What did you like about the solution?
