New AI feature: Activities automatically detected
Transparency, efficiency and safety are crucial for smooth operations on the construction site. With our latest AI feature, we bring greater clarity to your construction site – fully automated, practical and compliant with data protection regulations.
Our new AI feature
From now on, our AI-powered image analysis automatically detects:
1. Vehicle activities
-
-
- including classification by vehicle type such as excavators, lorries or concrete mixers
-
- this makes it easier to track which work steps were carried out during which time periods
2. People’s activities
-
-
- shows at what times most activity took place on the construction site, or when there were increased periods of inactivity
-
- if there is movement during the day outside regular working hours, this may be an indication of potential incidents
You can see at a glance whether and what has happened on the construction site – even retrospectively. This not only helps with documenting construction progress, but can also provide clues to unusual activities. A boost to safety!
Data protection? Of course!
Person recognition is carried out in full compliance with the GDPR. Our AI only records movement patterns and areas of activity – without identifying individual people.
Your benefits at a glance:
🔶****Check efficiency: Identify standstill or progress quickly at a glance
🔶****Create transparency: Ideal for documentation for investors, clients or project partners
🔶****Increase safety: Early warning system for potential incidents
Try it now!
Log in to the BauTV+ web portal as usual and discover the new activity detection feature in the construction diary. Is the feature not available to you? No problem – not all existing projects are automatically activated for this. Simply contact us; we’ll be happy to check whether it can be activated for your project (activation is only possible for projects starting in 2025).
Please note that the camera does not necessarily cover the entire construction site. The information displayed provides a quick and helpful overview, but does not replace comprehensive site monitoring. Discrepancies or gaps in the display are possible. All information is provided without guarantee.
